It depends on the car. It would typically be between 300 and 400km.
If i choose the option to lower the excess amount to €0 (or £0), will there still be a deposit amount held on my credit card? Open
Only the €85 (respectively £85) administration fee will be held on the card until the car is returned and then released if there is no damage.
Are adapters for non-Tesla chargers included in the Model S? If so, which adapters are included? Open
Yes! Model S are compatible with Type 2 AC Charger and the required cable is available in the car's boot.
Refuel is free, does this mean that during my booking I have access to a charging station and it's included in the price? or do I need to organise a charging card? Open
All required charging cards are included in the car. There is no need to organise another one.
Is it possible to charge the car at home ? Open
Yes, a standard 220v cable is included in the boot.
What charging networks can I use? Open
The network is constantly evolving and we are providing charging cards compatible with most of the available chargers and the most well-known providers like Allego, etc which are offering the best coverage.
Do I need to pay for electric charging? Open
No, all charging is FREE with UFODRIVE.
Where do I find the superchargers ? Open
The car navigation system directs you to all charging options available or use the UFODRIVE APP to find the best charging closest to you..
How do I charge my car? Open
You can easily charge your car at 1,000's of charge points across Europe.
For example, for Tesla, you can use the Tesla SuperCharger network for fast charging up to 80% Battery in 20mins!
You can also use or use other public and private charging networks. Use the UFODRIVE APP to navigate to the best charging solution nearest you.
