Due to insurance reasons it can vary from 18 to 30 years old depending on the car model and the location. The correct requirement is displayed on confirmation page of the booking process. If you're unsure you can contact customer support by chat.
Can i return the ev rental to a different location from the originally booked? Open

Yes it is. There is an excess than can be further reduced for a small per day fee should you wish to do so.

It can be done later as long as it is before the contract is signed. Please note his account will have to be validated as well.
What happen if we use more mileage than we already purchased? Can we pay the additional charges upon returning the car? Open
Yes. In that case it will be charged on your credit card. But you will not benefit from the 33% discount you normally get when purchasing them upfront.
When I added an additional driver, how can I check that he/she is linked to he booking? Open
All additional drivers will see the booking on their app if they are properly registered, their account validated and within age limits to drive the car. If they don't see it, please contact support.
Please note only the main driver can sign the contract and start the rental.
Can I add a second driver after I have picked up the car? Open
No, as the additional drivers are mentioned in the contract you sign at the start of the rental.
What happens if I don’t use up my mileage I paid for? Open
Unused additional mileage can be refunded provided there is more than 50% left.
Can I use a visa debit card? Open
Yes, debit cards are accepted.
What is the cancellation policy? Open
It is possible to cancel a booking at any time under the following conditions:
- Booking cancellation during the period comprised within the fifth day and the day preceding the beginning of the rental, excluding the last day: 20% refund per day (e.g. booking cancellation four days before will result in 20% x 4 = 80% refund)
- Booking cancellation less than 24 hours before the beginning of the rental: no refund
How long after i returned the car will the car be inspected by an agent Open
The car is usually checked within the next two business hours (this could be more during week-ends or at night). In the meantime the car is never touched nor moved and watched by security camera.
How do I change the time of my reservation? Open
You can do it directly from our App by clicking the 'Amend' button on an existing booking from the main dashboard.
Is there a way to reduce the insurance excess? Open
If you would like to re-insure the excess and reduce your potential liability in case of accidental damage to zero, you can do so by choosing the related option in the 'personalization' step of the booking. Please note that conditions apply

Please note your account needs to be validated before the start date of the rental period. To validate, please enter your mobile phone number (including international dialing code). You will receive a validation code via SMS to your phone. You will then be guided through the steps required to upload copies of your ID and Driver license.
