Olivier is an automotive industry veteran. Having been involved in multiple enterprises ranging from Rental Operations, Car Dealerships, maintenance and sales. Olivier leads our on the ground operations across Benelux.

- John Collins (Chairman)
John has a track record in successfully building, leading and realising return for internationally scaling companies, and founded and led 2 Irish companies to corporate acquisition.
Latterly, John has been primarily engaged as consultant / director, in both executive and non-executive roles, advising on commercial strategy, operational priorities and organisation for growth.
John is a chartered director (Institute of Directors) holds a BSc from Dublin City University and is also an alumnus of Stanford Graduate Business School.
He is currently an Executive Director with Broadmeadow Healthcare, and holds non- executive Board roles with Opening HR and Singlepoint Solutions, and is Chairman of the charity, Operation Childlife.
- Aidan McClean
Aidan is a senior business and technology leader and has created and delivered millions in value through successful technology transformations in financial services.
With a passion for great customer experience and an innate curiosity about solving problems, Aidan saw an opportunity to redesign car rental to create consistently better rental outcomes for customers.
He joined UFODRIVE to combine revolutionary technology with intuitive customer service and realise his vision of an all-digital, all-electric car rental company delivering smart, simple and easy car rental.
- Renaud Marquet
Renaud is a senior technology leader and co-founder of UFODRIVE. Fast-paced, enthusiastic and creative yet rigorous, he is specialised in improving organisation’s scalability through transformation and technology, generating millions of profit in both revenue increase and costs reduction.
Driven by his appetite to deliver great user experience, he saw an opportunity to combine rapid transformation of the car industry with emerging mobile technology to create UFODRIVE and propose a radically improved car rental proposition.
- Luc Karcher
Luc, a French national, is currently CFO of a family office headquartered in Luxembourg and London. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, audit, controlling, treasury, financing and M&A with multinational companies (including two listed companies).
He holds an MBA from the University of Strasbourg (EME business school) and is a French Certified Accountant.
- Michael Kidd
Michael is a Luxembourg based professional corporate manager and non-executive Director.
Educated in England, he graduated in 1984 from the University of Reading and joined Price Waterhouse, an international firm of accountants, where he qualified as a member of the English Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Following a fifteen year period based in London and spent predominantly in the financial and investment sectors, Michael was appointed finance director of a Luxembourg based Life Insurance Company in 1998 and became an independent corporate manager and non-executive director based in Luxembourg in 2003.
Michael Kidd currently sits on the Boards of a number of Luxembourg Companies predominantly in the Real Estate and Private Equity sectors.
- Olivier Remacle
Olivier is one of the pioneers in structuring Luxembourg based Pan-European real estate funds.
He has 23 years of experience in tax advisory, during which he has held a number of senior technical and management positions, including Founding Partner at ATOZ Tax Advisers.
Olivier advises international groups on the design and implementation of global tax strategies with a particular emphasis on global Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
